8) Conflict Mediation Resources

• At OSJ, if consensus can't be reached, those with opposing views should step out of the GA or group meeting to work out a solution collectively and then return to propose it to the group.  If a conflict is involved, they can table the issue and discussion and seek a mediator to help them resolve the conflict and arrive at a solution, which can be brought to another GA in the future.
